I would like to thank you all for your support and welcome everyone that is following the Work.Life.Fitness blog – it has been a great joy to see that my last posts around Psychology and Wellbeing have been useful to you.
And to keep writing about things that are of your interest, I thought creating this post and give you the opportunity to ask anything you want to me in the quality of psychologist. I am no Dr Phill but I do love to share with you what I have learnt, both from Psychology over the last decade and my own life experiences.
